"Pleasure is the flower that passes; remembrance, the lasting perfume." - Jean de Boufflers
For many years we have looked forward to our annual holiday greens workshop when we use fresh greens and flowers to make arrangements for our local Meals on Wheels residents. Not only does this project help us teach newer members about design, but it is also a way for us to brighten the holidays for residents within our community.
We really enjoy this project as it makes us feel good to do something nice for others around the holidays. We conduct our greens workshop at Woods Church as we listen to holiday music and graze on a delicious brunch buffet that our hospitality chair organizes.
